call failed, No service

I have tried using 011 for calling international also, still not working. I have tried US also but not working. ' message coming is "call failed, No service"
Please resolve this, I am using for the first time. I am having balance of 9.99 USD

Justin,
Usually the "Call Failed, No Service" message means that Whistle can't connect to our servers. This is almost always caused by a router setting called "SIP ALG," so if you can arrange to access your router's menu and disable SIP ALG, that should clear it up.
