Can you help me? I keep getting a thing that says "call failed forbidden" when I tried to call my boyfriend. His phone wasn't working so he told me 2 keep calling to see if it would eventually come through and now it won't let me call him. What do I do?

From what it sounds like, you got that message because there was too much of a burden on the line. I'm afraid all I can tell you is to wait about 24 hours before trying that number again.

I have tried using 011 for calling international also, still not working. I have tried US also but not working. ' message coming is "call failed, No service"
Please resolve this, I am using for the first time. I am having balance of 9.99 USD
