Unable to make International Calls as promised?
I have added money to my account and have been attempting to place a call to Copenhagen using a cell number and an internet number. Every time I try, I get a recording saying that based on the number I have dialed, I have all these minutes of time to talk. I then get a message: "I am sorry, but I can not complete your call." The phone then hangs up. What do I need to do to correct this pronblem?
