Call failed. Unsupported Media Type

I installed Whistle on my iPad, set up an account, issued a Whistle number and tried several times to make a call... Soon as I press the send button, I receive the following error: "Call Failed. Unsupported Media Type". I do not know what this means. Any ideas or suggestions to fix this issue? I would like to use the service... Thanks. David

    This message indicates that their are no negotiable codecs between the Whistle phone and the other endpoint (ie Whistle service).

    Can you verify under Settings > Whistle that your Whistle proxy is set to proxy.whistlephone.com. This issue should not occur if you are using Whistle service with your Whistle phone.

    Do you have an iPhone or iPod Touch to test this Whistle version on ? If so, install it on one of those devices as well and see if the same error occurs.

    Currently, the version on your iPad is designed for the iPhone and iPod Touch, an iPad specific design is currently under review by Apple. Hopefully it will be available in the coming weeks.
