Call Forwarding
HI,
I paid to have my Whistle calls forwarded to my cell phone and paid for a package. The calls keep ringing to whistle or says unavailable when Whistle is not on.
Please help.

Everything seems more or less in order in your account, though I should note that your free texting and voicemail trial expired on the first of this month. If you want to continue using texting and voicemail, you'll need to have at least $9.99 in your Whistle balance, then go to the Texting & Voicemail tab in your account to use your balance to activate the service for another month. (By default, your account balance goes toward call minutes.)
As for call forwarding, could you please take a look in your account and tell me what you have set for Ring Seconds? Also, I notice that you edited your Follow Me number to have a 1 at the front. I'd recommend taking that out, since it may confuse the service into thinking you're trying to reach a non-US number.
