I'm sorry you're dissatisfied. If you would like to troubleshoot the issues you're having, please let me know. I am not here all the time, so I'm afraid responses may not happen instantly, but please be assured that it is not my intent to ignore you. Can you please tell me if you're using ad-supported or ad-free service, whether you have Follow Me enabled, and also whether you're calling outside the US or not? Ad-free service, Follow Me, and international calls all require a balance on your account, and Follow Me in particular would result in a charge for forwarding the call (which is its function) even if you can't answer.

I am trying to make international calls only. I bought a 4.99$ credit and now it is 3.something and I didn't make one single call........ I don't use follow me service....

Our records actually show quite a few calls from your account since you created it. If you didn't make the calls, have you shared your Whistle device or information with anyone else?

Your records show the trials, believe me no one answer any call from these trials, only the timer is running :)

Whether someone answers your call or not, you still placed it, and it's still time spent connecting to their phone over our servers. The connection is the service you're paying for.
If you're having trouble connecting, though--if you're getting an error message, or you and the other party are unable to hear each other when they pick up--that's certainly something we can work on. Just let me know.
