No subject
I installed my Whistle player and can't get it to dial or receive calls. I activated the account, checked to make sure everything was configured correctly, and made sure my firewall was disabled. Still no luck! Help!

Don't worry, we'll get this sorted. First, though, we'll need some more information.
What device are you using--iPad, iPhone, etc? Also, if you're on an Apple device, is it jailbroken?
If your setup is mobile, we recommend taking it to a different network (preferably a safe, clean public one, like Starbucks or Borders Books) and trying it again there.
