Can't make calls

I can only call one or two numbers from my iPad. Everything was working up until 3 weeks ago. After entering a number or getting it from my contacts or previous calls, I get one ring & then nothing. Please help. I checked my account status, it saysbactive.

    The next time this happens, could you please email [email blocked] with the device type you used, the number you called and the time you made the call? We will look into it.
