Can't Add Balance to my Account

I'm trying to add balance to my account and I keep getting the following error message:
"Review or deny frequently recurring payments from the same IP address. Payments from IP addresses you specify will not trigger this filter." Any suggestions?

    Alfred,

    There was a system error due to the number of transactions you made in the same day. You should be able to add the amount now with no trouble. Sorry for the inconvenience!
