No audio out on ipad
I'm able to make and receive calls just fine (awesome program), but no audio out from my ipad, ie: user on other end cannot hear my voice, but I can hear them just fine.

spinedoc777 - this sounds like a microphone problem. First make sure your headset (buds) have a microphone. The buds I got with my iTouch didn't have a microphone, but they did on my iPhone. I'm always mixing them up since they look almost identical - except or the microphone of course.
