calls
whenever i try to make a call, i hear a dial tone then dial and press send and i wait for the timer to appear so that i know its calling and nothing happens. i wait for forever and checked to see if it was calling without the timer by calling my house phone but nothing. it used to take a second or i would have to try multiple times to get it to work. its very annoying. whats the deal?

Chris,
You may be having a firewall problem. Have you tried making a test call with a firewall disabled. If it's on a mobile device, you could also try taking it to a different network and testing it there--some networks don't allow VoIP access, and it could help tell if you need to have yourself whitelisted for it.
