No. What happens is that we have the ad-supported option for calls to the continental United States--and of course, Whistle-to-Whistle calling is always free. International calling requires paying, though it's a very low rate (two to three cents per minute for most places). Or if you don't like ads, you can disable the ad-supported calling and use your balance for all calls.
