Incoming Call issue
My Whistle number is 206 926 3651, when someone tries to call me, they get an IVR "please wait while we connect your party" but immediately it says "I am sorry but I cannot complete your call.
Please suggest me remedy.

I think it is because your app is not on. I tried it on the iPad, as long as the whistle is not displaying, calls can not get through.

You can get around this problem by using Follow Me. Follow Me connects unanswered calls to your existing voice mail. If you do not answer the call on any of your Follow Me numbers, the call will automatically connect to the voice mail on the last number in your Follow Me list.
