I just set-up my account. I am able to receive calls. However, when I try to dial outgoing calls it gives me an error saying no service. Please help.

The exact message I get is Call Failed No Service

    Sam,

What operating system are you using? Also, are you trying to run a VPN at the same time?

This is from my ipod touch 3g updated to the latest release. No VPN. Just over my home network. My router is WNR2000 netgear. I think the issue is that SIP ALG cannot be disabled on this router.

    Sam,

Try disabling the SPI firewall and setting NAT Filtering to Open. If you're unsure of how to do this, there are tech guides online. Both options can be found under the WAN Setup Options.

I am having this exact issue with the very same router. I have disabled the SPI firewall and opened NAT filtering and it still does not work. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Chris and Rob,

Have you confirmed that your Internet providers support VoIP traffic? Also, have you tried making a call with your firewalls disabled?
