Echo on the call
When I call people they hear themselves Echo and it is not clear because of this. How can I resolve this so it doesn't echo?

George,
If you do in fact have a desktop setup, we do recommend using headphones to avoid the echo effect.

Same problem with echo. So I bought ear bud headset/microphone and I still have the same problem. Any thoughts?

Dave,
If you're still hearing the echo while using a headset, then the problem is on the other end--likely a connectivity error, like the kind you get while dialing transcontinental calls.

I just called Someone in Pa and he said there was an echo but not bad. I didn't have an echo on my end. What would the reason be?

Dorothy,
There could be a couple of reasons. We usually advise using a headset to solve most echo problems; otherwise, it could be an issue with connectivity. Make sure that you lower the output volume on your sound system when using it; if the output is too loud, it can create a feedback effect.
