Please make sure that any SIP ALG firewalls are disabled for your wireless router. This may be blocking your Whistle call traffic. Please let us know if you disable the SIP ALG firewall and your Whistle calls do not work.

    Hi dear,

I have disable total firewall in my router. No any sip alg is there. But still doesn't work!
Ofcourse I tested this via my 3G and it worked with bad quality.
What is more weird, It even doesn't work with my VPN(both L2TP and PPTP).
My Skype is working in same network.

    Thanks and best regards,

    Ali,

It appears as if it is something on your network or your ISP that is blocking Whistle traffic. Skype make work, while Whislte does not. Skype uses a different method to connect voip calls than Whistle does.

I would try using it on another wifi network to verify that you can get it to work as well has have good call quality. I would suggest contacting your internet provider / router manufacturer to see if they can help debug on that end.
