Call Failed - Forbidden, Why?
Inbound calls ring for the caller, then flips to fast busy. Actual app never rings.

Well, you haven't given me much to go on is it an international or a local call? what is the message I see you have made some called, one to yourself and one to and 800 number - exactly what type of calls are you attempting to make?

THOSE are the calls I'm trying to make. On my iPhone it says Called Failed - Forbidden. On my iPad they do work. I want it on my iPhone. I have uninstalled / logged out, reinstalled, re-logged in. Same results. iPhone iOS 16.4.1 SE [current model].

Questions - do you have your app open on the iPad simultaneously with the iPhone? Also, when you log in, does it keep asking you to authenticate?
If You were getting a Call Failed Forbidden message could be caused by your calling pattern overburdening the line. You'll have to wait at least 24 hours from your last call before you can call out again. To avoid this problem in the future, I advise you to limit the number of calls you make in a row.
