We do not send out bills or have a reoccurring charge - can you attach a copy of what you are seeing - maybe I can help you.

since you do not have an account with us it seems that someone is scamming you - we do not bill - If you do have an account for our telephone services, please give me the phone number associated with the account. I would dispute this with your CC team.
