No incoming audio on iPad

Hi,

I was trying the Whistle app today on my iPad. I was able to make a phone call, but no incoming audio on the ipad after dialing the call. Outgoing seems to work through the built-in mic on the ipad.

There is a dialtone/touch tone sound that comes through when dialing.. after trying the call though.. there is no ringback and no sound from the ipad either through the speaker on the ipad or headphones.

    To clarify

    You were not able to hear audio from the party you are trying to call and you are not hearing any sort of audio ringback from the party you are dialing as well?

    Jeff,

    I will need to know your Whistle phone number that you were experiencing these issues so we can debug the issue you are experiencing.

    hmm..OK.. I was trying it with my old VoIP carrier as a test.

    Tried it with a Whistle account and it works fine. It just didn't work with my other VOIP carrier. must be a carrier issue.
