Forgot/never created voice mail pin
I have just paid for voice mail after having Whistle Mail for a long time. I got a notification that I have a voice mail but can't retrieve it because I don't have a pin. I don't remember creating one, and when I go to Change Voicemail Pin or Remove Voicemail Pin, I receive error messages saying ...authentication failed.
Can I fix the pin? How can I access voice mail?

My engineer has removed the pin from the database so it should direct you to create another one. Please let me know if you are still having issues.
