I spoke with one of your representatives a week ago and have not heard back from anyone.
He asked that I send pictures, which I did (3) and still no contact.
I want a replacement sent to me or I will be forced to change vendors.

    I am not sure what you want us to replace, if this is in regards to a dog tracker you have the wrong support page. it is located at the following link https://support.whistle.com/
