reciving text message

Yesterday I pay 9.99 for receiving text message from my bank to have a code to activate a service, the code was tried to send and the message by text never received, I what my money back because this service do not work on my phone which is the costumer service number to call to claim this charge to refund to my account to my balance

    First of all I need more information in order to attempt to correct what is happening, if you read our terms of service refunds are not given.
    second the information I need is what type of device are you using
    is it the current update to the software

    also are you using a third party provider

    I use Iphone 8S , the update of the whistle is 10.5 appers on the phone

    I use wifi conection, the metter is if my bank send me 4 digits code this message is not goint thru message from whistle

    I whant my money back on my balance on whistle if you preffer

    Are you sure you did not get the text, you need to have the texting screen open ...

    Yes Mss Dawn the text screen was open many time to waithing for the message never come in on the phone, pls I dont want my money back in cash, put in my balance same as I order to pay for this services and this services is not working OK.. thanks for your help, the money still is in your balance of whistle Let me use to make call to europe
