I cannot make calls, they fall off after a few seconds

Please help me clear the problem of not being able to make calls as before. I only use whistle phone to call my mom in El Salvador, I just added money to my account, but so far I have wasted money. I am on fixed income, I can not afford it. Please help

    what kind of device are you using ... please let me know exactly what is occuring and are you getting error messages.
