Whistle inactive
Hi I haven't use Whistle for awhile, I assume my number is re-assigned.
Can I get back to a new number, and pay by use...

When I attempted to dail, from my iphone Whistle dial tone, I typed the number, it responded after a few mins saying "Call Failed, No Services".. Please advise.

According to my records, your number is currently (510) 768-7160. Is this the number that's showing up on your Whistle screen?

My Whistle appl is unable to call out and call in...

The whistle screen shows only my id - hkwok168.. and at this point.. I got dial tone but I can't dial out nor in.

Can you post a screenshot of exactly what you're seeing, please? Thanks.
In the meantime, here's a simple test you can try. Log into your account through the whistlephone.com website; that will update your cached information and correct any mistakes in the cache file. Can you give that a try and let me know if anything changes?

Inactivity period is when you do not use your whistle account for while, you will receive an email asking you to make a call it if you do you retain the number on your account if you don't we will reclaim the number back into our pool.
