Add Balance issues
I am trying to use the Add Balance feature and I keep on getting the following error message
Your account is unable to place orders at this time. Please contact Whistle Support for more details.
Kindly assist in resolving this.

how are you attempting these orders and what email is used when these orders are placed.

no I see your email ... through I tunes I am unsure of why they will not let you pay you will have to contact them directly.

I am not showing any reason for you not being able to make purchases, I would contact ITunes see what they can tell you ... if you get no where let me know
