Not receiving incoming calls from google voice!

Hello Support,

I'm not receiving incoming calls from Google Voice on my whistle phone number "17125600927" (without any errors).

Is there any charges for inbound calls?

    Hello,

    Apologies for bothering. I know that you guys are still working on its fix but still can't receive the incoming calls from Google Voice?

    Will there be any work-around on this in future?

    Hi,

    Sorry for the delayed response, I was out of town.

    Currently it's just happening for Google Voice except the Google I'm able to receive the incoming calls for the world wide.

    It seems that Google are blocking your SIP numbers.

    I have heard back from my engineers.. we are not blocking the use of Google Voice. it is on googles side the reason you cannot receive calls from them. My engineer states you will have to ask them why your having an issue.

    Today, I just noticed that you guys are blocking the Google Voice Number (which is 12024558888‬).
    Can you please confirm that it is not being blocked (from your side)?

    We are not blocking numbers from Google voice, if you go to their website and I have talked with several techs for google voice, and google voice is not compatible with VOiP services.

    I have been looking into this myself and was able to verify through google voice that, whistle is not supported through them. VoIP numbers cannot be added as a linked or forwarding number.     Thank you for your clarification.

    I just loaded a $1.99 into my Whistle account, while loading its says 'there's an error to proceed the payment'. But I see in the net-banking Whistle has captured my debit card, as per the transaction logs.

    From what I can tell is your card is out of Great Britian and is a pre paid card. Are you attempting to make a purchase from somewhere other than Great Britian?

    Yes, I've recently bought a skype number by using my prepaid master card.
    can you please double check on this with your payment gateway? I see you're using Stripe.

    I am looking into this, stripe, yes is the company we use. They have marked the transaction as fraudulent. That is partly the reason I have asked if you are using this card somewhere other than the country of origin, many times that is a flag.

    I cannot unlock funds that we have not received, according to stripe the payment has not been captured, or disbursed to us. My advice is to contact the card carrier regarding why this transaction has been denied.
