   what do you need me to do I cannot unfreeze a number once you have called it several times as you have it is a security feature to prevent people from spamming.

   Dear Dawn ,
   Thank you for your response, I also called a local number and it has locked me out!
   I simply cannot make any calls, it was working fine before, I even added money!
   Can you see if there is another problem with my account please! I need to call my other she is I'll and needs to hear from me , she is in El Salvador.

   I will have to dig further into the matter and let you know you may have to add more funds do to it being an international call. again if you call more than I believe 20 times our security feature will activate and lock you out for 24 hrs.

   Dear Dawn,
   I did add money. Originally I used $10.00 and it worked perfectly. The minute to El Salvador is only .24 cents only. I have $7.98 balance. Please help me. Thank you for your response about digging deeper into this. God bless you. I am on SS ands your service is perfect for me.
